Ovni 395. One owner.

A fine example of an enhanced owner's version (2 cabins) of the 395 with many extra features.

Immaculately presented and ready to keep sailing around the world! Presently in Fiji (Denarau Marina. 20mn from Nadi airport) and available for inspection at any time.

Ovni yachts, built by Alubat in France, are perhaps one of the most widely known and internationally recognized cruising yachts in the world. There are few yachts as admired and displaying as many qualities in each of their models as an Ovni. From France to Australia, the USA or South Africa, almost anyone, even without much knowledge of yacht builders, will know Ovni, and for those who don't, one look at them is enough to plainly see that this is a yacht far above the rest. These boats have been designed with the ocean in mind, and intended for long distance cruising

Their first attribute is their strength. As Alubat's moto clearly demonstrate 'In the middle of the ocean, the real luxury, is safety'

All Ovni boats are built from 5083 H 111 aluminum (hulls, decks, roofs and cockpits )and are fully assembled and welded in an Argon / Helium atmosphere. They are welded inside and out for extra security.

The keel is either lifting or fixed, and built of lead fully encapsulated in resin.(Vanupieds) has a lifting keel)  The most popular Ovnis for cruisers are the lifting keel version, as the boat is then immensely manageable around atolls and reefs, and can easily be beached for cleaning. With its 60cm minimum draft, you can go virtually anywhere. The smooth and accurate helm control will say a lot for its nautical qualities: remaining both stiff in a breeze and efficient in performance. It is a Philippe Briand design after all!

With her generous forms and the quality of the installed amenities aboard, this boat will offer you exceptional comfort on board, both at sea and at anchor.  The cabins are large, and the main cabin is spacious with enough space around the table to facilitate circulation.  Interior wood is light oak, which contributes to a bright, modern feel without losing the traditional feel of a skilfully built yacht, where curved angles, joinery, cabinetry and attention to details are immediately obvious and far above what is often built these days.

‘Vanupieds’, was chosen by this discerning couple to go and explore the world in safety and comfort. During this time, this amazing little yacht has been cherished as she deserves, and is now reluctantly offered for sale as their idyllic cruise around the world is coming to an end. The yacht is currently in Fiji and can be inspected at any time with a little notice, as the owners will sail back from the outer islands to be closer to the airport to facilitate your meeting and inspection.

FOR A FULL INVENTORY OR IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT OUR FRIENDLY TEAM AT NAUTILUS YACHT MANAGEMENT

Nautilus Yacht Management has over the years focused primarily on helping cruisers safely sell their beloved yachts, and for their new owners, in the same fashion, to receive all the help they need to start their sailing adventures right from the initial enquiry with all the help, advice and guidance they wish. As many cruisers would rather continue sailing until their boat is sold (rather than sit in a marina waiting for something to happen) we have been delighted to be able work together with them by ‘holding fort’ while they continue on their journey, and for interested buyers to travel to meet them and hence have a much more rewarding and interesting time during their inspection, where every question is answered first hand and they have a chance to meet the yacht and her crew ‘in the field’ (or rather, in paradise!), and very often form a friendship there and then!

From the first contact to the inspection, survey, test sails to the final hand-shake, our aim is to provide everyone with a safe and happy and rewarding journey. Each yacht is chosen for their quality and how much love they have been shown during their life – yachts that we are immensely proud to represent.
