-----------------------

Nautilus Yacht Management is proud to present this stunning example of the immensely respected German Frers design Grand Soleil 45, built by Cantiere di Pardö, in Italy to the very highest standards.

Very similar in lines, pedigree and quality of built to a Nautor Swan, of which German Frers is also the designer, yet without the price tag, this truly beautiful ocean voyager, this yacht has just completed the ACR Rally, ending the voyage in Fiji, where her owners now need togo return home and end their 4300 nm journey from their start point in Spain 12 months ago.

Prior to finding the right boat for the ARC, the three owners, originally from Uruguay, had searched for over a year far and wide, eventually choosing PEC (short for Pequeño, meaning 'Little One' in their native tongue). This wonderful yacht may be 45' in size, but packs all the very best of luxury a much grander boat would be proud of, and is a boat that will be ideal for both beginners cruisers needing a safe, seaworthy ship, as well as the more ardent racing sailors who will be impressed by her turn of speed. Grace, power, elegance and luxury in every detail are adjectives that perfectly describe this Grand Soleil 45.

Prior to leaving for the ARC, the three owners spent a considerable budget to ensure that their rally was a success, and which you will be able to enjoy. As these items were fitted only a year ago, many will remain under warranty for a few more years. These include a new 60HP Sole Diesel engine, a wonderful, rugger and capable engine built by Mitsubishi for marine use, a new 4Kwa genset, all new electronics, new running rigging, new anchor and chain, new safety throughout such as new 6 pax Liferafts, new watermaker which ideally runs on 12V, new batteries and solar panels, new cooling plates for the built-in stainless steel fridges and separate freezer, new dinghy, and much, much more.

For the full details please read on, and watch our very throughout video walk-through, which we filmed in Fiji just the day prior to launching Pec on the market. All the photos were taken at the same time and represent the boat truthfully.

A WORD FROM THE OWNERS:

"It is a bluewater sailboat that has already made a trip around the world and now we are doing the second trip around the world together with the ARC Rally.   We started in the city of Barcelona - Spain in October 2022 and we arrived in Fiji a month ago.   We sell it since we have to go back home and we hope you can enjoy it as we have done so far.   It has been built for 30 years in one of the most prestigious shipyards in Europe (it still manufactures sailboats) such as ´´Cantiere di Pardö, in Italy.   It has had only three owners so far, all have kept it impeccably, which makes it a construction boat from the 90s, where the construction was, as we all know, of a high degree of strength and therefore durability until the present moment." Luis and George, Fiji, July 2023
